Each grade serves different market requirements. We match grade to your end use and destination market.
Pine finger-jointed strips, grade G4/G5. Kiln-dried to 10–12% moisture. Blocks 20–40mm wide.
2.5–3mm HDF or BB/CC plywood face on both sides. Smooth surface ready for veneer, paint or laminate.
From 15mm (door cores) to 50mm (structural panels). Standard: 18, 22, 25, 30, 38mm.
Manufactured to French GFF (Groupe France Finitions) standards. Strict tolerance on surface defects, flatness deviation under 2mm/m.
Each panel visually graded under 1 lux light. No open joints, no delamination, no core gaps. Same-face matching within batch.
Fromager-grade panels meet Giachetta Legnami specifications. Available with Giachetta专属标签 for batch identification.
EV (E-Verbond) adhesive: melamine urea-formaldehyde with enhanced moisture resistance. Suitable for humid environments.
Designed for high humidity during sea transit and variable humidity in Middle East storage. Reduced swelling at edges.
Accepts paint, lacquer and wood veneer after light sand (120-grit). Edge sealing recommended for exterior-adjacent use.

Core density 450–550 kg/m³. Edge screw withdrawal resistance above 80 N/mm — suitable for hardware fitting.
Density 480–580 kg/m³ — 20–30% lighter than plywood of equivalent thickness. Reduces shipping cost.
Solid pine edge accepts Joinery cutting, dowelling and metal connector plates. No hollow core voids.
Block width can be adjusted: narrow (20mm) for painted finish, wide (40mm) for natural veneer or structural use.
Door cores, table tops, cabinet frames. Light yet rigid. Preferred over solid wood for large formats.
Sofa frames, bed frames, seating bases. Cost-effective structural substrate.
Partition walls, ceiling panels, display structures. Flat and easy to install.
Re-usable industrial crates, machine guarding. ISPM15 heat-treated for export.
Truck body floors, trailer side walls. MR/EV grade recommended for this use.
Cut-to-size, drilled, grooved. Clean routed edges for joinery and fixtures.
Blockboard has a core of finger-jointed wood strips (blocks), lighter and more dimensionally stable than solid wood but less strong than plywood in cross-load. Plywood has cross-bonded veneers throughout. Blockboard is preferred for large flat panels where weight saving matters; plywood for structural or humid applications.
Fromager (French grade) has tighter tolerances: flatness deviation under 2mm/m vs 3mm/m standard, stricter visual grading (no open joints visible under 1 lux), and batch face-matching. Surface is suitable for clear lacquer without putty. Essential for French and Italian premium furniture buyers.
March 2026 batch had insufficient glue spread rate on the EV adhesive line, causing edge penetration issues in some panels. Root cause: adhesive roller wear below tolerance. New production protocol: monthly roller inspection, glue spread rate check every shift, mandatory edge hardness test before dispatch. Replacement batch confirmed available.
Yes. Standard block width is 25–30mm. For painted finishes we can use 20mm (finer surface). For structural use 40–50mm blocks for maximum stability. Lead time for custom block width: +5 days. MOQ applies.
Standard: 18–25 days. Mixed grades (Standard + Fromager + EV): 22–30 days. Includes mill run selection, quality inspection and export packing. Exact date confirmed at order confirmation.
