How It Works

5-Step CNC Process

From your drawing to finished, packed parts — typically 15–25 days from drawing approval to container loading.

Drawing Review

Engineering team reviews your DXF/DWG/PDF for manufacturability and alerts you to any issues before production.

Material Select

We source the right material — species, thickness, grade. Confirm material certificate and source before cutting.

CNC Production

5-axis and 3-axis CNC routers, precision drilling centres. Tolerance: ±0.5mm standard, ±0.2mm on request.

Quality Check

First-piece inspection against drawing. Random inspection during run. Final QC before packing with photo report.

Export Packing

Parts wrapped, labeled with buyer part number, packed to spec. Container loading photos sent before dispatch.

Precision Cutting

CNC cut-to-size, straight-line and angular cuts. Nested cutting for material efficiency. Tolerance ±0.5mm.

Profiling & Contouring

Complex profiles, curved cuts, tongue-and-groove, chamfers, radii. 3-axis and 5-axis capability for 3D profiles.

Holes & Dowels

Multi-spindle drilling, dowel holes, confirming holes, cup hinges,神明孔 (concealed hinge). Any pattern.

Edge Banding

ABS, PVC or wood veneer edge in matching or contrasting colors. 0.4–3mm edge thickness. Straight and wrap-around.

Surface Processing

Sanding (120/150/180-grit), rounding, brushing, groove cutting, recessing for hinges and fittings.

Assembly Kits

Ready-to-assemble kits with numbered parts, dowels, screws, fitting instructions. Labeled per box for retail or project.

Common Questions

What file formats do you accept?

We accept DXF, DWG, PDF, and STEP files. For DXF/DWG: please specify units (mm or inches) in the drawing. For PDF: vector format preferred. If you only have a sketch or photo, describe the part — our engineering team can create a manufacturing drawing from your description.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For CNC custom parts: no strict MOQ. We price per setup + per-piece. Small orders (under 50 pieces): higher unit cost but acceptable. For large projects, we recommend combining multiple part types in one production run to spread the setup cost.

Can you do a prototype or sample before production?

Yes. We can produce a single sample for approval before bulk production. Sample cost: material + CNC time. Sample lead time: 5–7 days. Sample cost is credited against bulk order if order proceeds.

What tolerance can you hold?

Standard tolerance: ±0.5mm. Precision tolerance: ±0.2mm (requires specific mention at drawing stage — special fixturing required). Flatness tolerance: 1mm/m for finished panels.

Can you pack with buyer's part numbers and labels?

Yes. We can print and apply buyer part number labels, batch code labels, barcodes, and retail hang-tags. Each box labeled with contents, quantity and buyer's part number. Assembly kits: numbered parts with assembly diagram.

How do you handle FSC certification for custom parts?

FSC material sourced from FSC-certified stock. If FSC is required, we use only FSC-certified panels and maintain FSC-COC chain of custody. EUDR due diligence documents available. Controlled wood declarations for non-FSC materials on request.
