Quality
Quality You Can Trust
Inspection is focused on confirmed specifications, dimensional consistency, surface quality, packing and applicable documentation before shipment.
Typical Quality Control Checkpoints
Shipment-level inspection is coordinated according to the confirmed order and agreed inspection scope.
Raw Material Inspection
Veneer species, grade and origin verified on arrival. Logs and veneer sheets checked for moisture, defects and dimensional compliance before entering production.
Moisture Content Control
Moisture content is checked where relevant to the product and end use. Target ranges and acceptance criteria are confirmed according to the order specification.
Glue Mix Monitoring
Bonding-system and formaldehyde-emission requirements are confirmed by product and order. Where testing is required, the test method and acceptance criteria are agreed before production.
Core Assembly QC
Core gaps, overlaps and voids inspected during layup. Blockboard strip alignment verified. Core composition confirmed against order specification before pressing.
Hot Press Process Control
Production parameters are managed according to the selected product and factory process. Thickness, bonding and other agreed characteristics are checked against the confirmed specification where applicable.
Post-Press Grading
Panels graded by surface quality, structural integrity and visual grade. Face and back veneer inspected for open defects, splits, discoloration and repair quality.
Edge & Surface Finishing
Edge trimming, sanding and surface finishing checked for smoothness and uniformity. Film surface inspected for adhesion, integrity and coverage. Edge seal verified.
Dimensional & Flatness Check
Thickness measured at multiple points per sheet. Length, width and diagonal tolerances confirmed. Flatness tested — warpage, bow and twist within specification limits.
Packaging & Label Verification
Export packing inspected for handling and transport protection. Shipping marks, product labels and barcode stickers verified against order documents and buyer requirements.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Pre-shipment checks focus on the confirmed specification, packing, shipping marks and applicable order documents. Container condition, loading protection and other shipment details are reviewed according to the order requirements.
Certifications & Standards
Products can be supplied according to applicable standards and confirmed market requirements, subject to the selected production facility and order specification
How We Work
Our commitment
Our Quality Philosophy
Our quality approach starts with a clear specification. The product, tolerances, surface requirements, packing and required documentation should be confirmed before production.
Inspection is then focused on the checkpoints that matter for that order. If an issue is identified before shipment, we communicate it and work on a practical solution rather than leaving the buyer to discover it after arrival.
For professional buyers, the priorities are straightforward: correct specifications, consistent dimensions, acceptable surface quality, suitable packing and documents that match the confirmed order.
Discuss Your Quality Requirements
Tell us the product, specification, destination market and inspection requirements so we can confirm a practical QC scope for the order.
