Our MDF + Ash Veneer panels combine a stable MDF core with natural American ash veneer on both faces. Veneer is machine-jointed with consistent grain matching. Available with radial or half-radial grain preference, E0 or E0.5 glue options, and surface sanding quality suitable for clear-coat or painted finishes. Typical veneer thickness is 0.5–0.6mm before final sanding.

Each panel is separated with protective paper and packed on export-grade plywood pallets. Steel straps secure the load. One specification per pallet to prevent mixing. Custom packing and labeling available upon request. Typical 20' container loading: 28–32 CBM depending on panel thickness.
