Product Overview

Blockboard is a lightweight, dimensionally stable panel with a core of pine finger-jointed strips. Available with horizontal or vertical FJ core structure, and face options including HDF, MDF, fromager (soft hardwood) and EV (edge veneer). The finger-jointed core provides excellent screw-holding and resistance to warping — ideal for cabinet doors, wardrobes, partitions and tabletops.

Pine FJ Core

Finger-jointed pine strips in horizontal or vertical orientation. Lightweight with good strength-to-weight ratio.

Multiple Face Options

HDF for smooth paintable surface. MDF for veneering. Fromager for lightweight interior use. EV for visible edge finish.

E1 / E2 / Melamine Glue

Standard E1 glue for indoor use. Melamine glue for enhanced moisture resistance.

Surface & Core QC

Surface smoothness inspected. Core resin/oil risk controlled. One specification per pallet when required.

Packing & Loading

Export packing: each panel separated, inner plastic bag, outer plywood pallet with reinforced corners for stronger protection. Steel straps secure each pallet. One specification per pallet when required. Custom packing and labeling available. Typical 20' container loading: 30–35 CBM.
