Construction-grade film faced plywood with WBP phenolic glue — engineered for wall, slab and column concrete formwork.

Our film faced plywood is manufactured with a phenolic resin-impregnated film on both faces and WBP (Weather and Boil Proof) phenolic glue throughout the core. Available in black, brown and red film with poplar, eucalyptus or combination core options. Edge sealing is applied as standard to protect against moisture ingress. Panel reuse depends on core species, glue quality, film weight and jobsite handling conditions — we do not quote exaggerated reuse numbers.
Weather and Boil Proof phenolic glue throughout the core for durable moisture resistance.
Black, brown and red film surface. 120g, 220g and 240g/m² film weights available.
Poplar, eucalyptus or combi (poplar+eucalyptus) core to match performance and cost requirements.
Edge sealing applied as standard to reduce water absorption during formwork use.
