Our LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) bed slats are manufactured from birch veneers laminated under heat and pressure. The result is a high-strength, dimensionally stable strip engineered specifically for bedding applications. Available in custom widths and lengths, with E0.5 glue and OEM processing including drilling, chamfering and notching. FSC documentation support available on request. Laboratory testing and sample evaluation are available before production.
