Our UV Coated Panels combine engineered wood substrates with a factory-applied UV-curing surface finish. The coating is cured under ultraviolet light during production, creating a consistent decorative surface suitable for applications where appearance, surface uniformity and efficient downstream processing are important. Depending on the end use, the substrate can be selected from plywood, MDF, particleboard, blockboard or other engineered wood panels. The final panel construction, coating system and surface performance are determined according to the customer’s application, machining method and target market.

Reference samples should be approved before production where specific appearance or color matching is required.
Packing & Loading
UV coated panels require careful surface protection during transportation. Standard export packing includes protective film on finished surfaces, interleaving protection between panels, corner protection, a strong pallet base, moisture-resistant wrapping, and PET or steel strapping. Customer-specific shipping marks available. Packing structure can be adjusted according to panel dimensions and transportation requirements.
