MDF & Particleboard

MDF and particleboard (chipboard) are versatile engineered board products used across furniture, cabinetry and interior manufacturing. MDF offers a fine, uniform surface and consistent density for machining and finishing; particleboard offers a cost-effective core for lamination and general joinery. We supply both in raw, laminated and veneered finishes, cut to your specification.

• MDF (medium-density fibreboard): made from compressed wood fibres. Smooth, dense and uniform — well suited to painting, veneering, CNC routing and detailed profile machining.
• Particleboard / chipboard: made from compressed wood particles and resin. Lightweight and economical — commonly laminated or veneered for cabinet carcasses, shelving and flat-panel furniture.
