Door cores and wood door components form the internal structure of engineered doors and frames. We coordinate solid and engineered wood parts — cores, stiles and rails — produced to your dimensions, density and construction requirements rather than a fixed stock range.

Every component is made and checked against an agreed specification, so parts fit consistently into your door assembly and finishing process.

• Door cores: engineered cores in LVL, blockboard and solid wood configurations, selected for stability, screw-holding and weight against the door type.
• Stiles & rails: finger-jointed and solid wood members machined to your section sizes for door frames and panels.
• Custom profiles: components cut, milled and drilled to your drawings for bespoke door construction.

Configurations are specification-led — material, density, dimensions and machining are agreed before production, so we describe options as available and customisable rather than as fixed standards.
