Melamine-Faced Plywood
15 mm white melamine-faced plywood was used as the reference panel concept, with exposed plywood ply edges retained where the design benefits from a furniture-like appearance.
Clear Panel Integration
Clear acrylic can be integrated into CNC-machined openings with ventilation gaps and fixing details reviewed during prototyping. A 10-12 mm clear-panel reference was evaluated during the original development.
CNC & Furniture Details
Rounded exposed edges, CNC-cut slot handles, openings, notches and internal panels can be machined directly from approved production drawings.
KD / Flat-Pack Engineering
Connection methods and hardware are selected around strength, clean appearance, repeatability, end-user assembly and efficient export packing.
Reference values describe one development direction, not a fixed off-the-shelf specification.

Is this a fixed standard cat cage?
No. The project shown here is a manufacturing reference. Dimensions, openings, internal platforms, materials and hardware can be developed from the buyer's own drawing.
Can you build a prototype before batch production?
Yes. For a new custom structure, prototype production can be used to check machining, fit, assembly, visible surfaces and requested revisions before repeat production.
Can the enclosure be supplied flat-pack?
Yes. KD / flat-pack construction can be reviewed during development so connection methods, hardware and packing work together with the final design.
Can materials and clear panels be changed?
Yes. The displayed build is one reference configuration. Panel construction, finish, transparent-panel specification and hardware are confirmed project by project.
