Product Overview

Bamboo Plywood Formwork is manufactured from laminated bamboo curtains, bamboo mats or other engineered bamboo layers bonded under heat and pressure to form a dense construction panel.

Unlike conventional film faced plywood based on poplar, eucalyptus or birch veneer, bamboo formwork uses bamboo as the principal structural panel material. The laminated bamboo construction makes this type of panel particularly suitable for projects where panel rigidity, dimensional consistency and resistance to demanding site conditions are important.

For bridge and civil engineering applications, the panel can be supplied with a smooth resin-coated surface and sealed edges to help protect the panel during concrete casting, cleaning and repeated handling. Final panel construction, thickness, surface treatment, bonding specification and mechanical performance should be confirmed according to the customer's formwork design and project requirements.
