How It Works

From RFQ to solution, step by step

The RFQ Lab gives a transparent, chronological view of material development. Every stage is labelled with a clear textual status — Completed, In Progress, or Pending — never color alone.

1 · RFQ Received
A new request for quotation is received and logged.
2 · Requirement Reviewed
Specifications, dimensions, and material expectations are clarified.
3 · HDF Structure Confirmed
The engineered construction — including HDF layers — is locked in.
4 · Long-Size HDF Confirmed
Availability of long-size HDF is verified.
5 · Material Sourcing
Specialty and long-length materials are sourced and qualified.
6 · Sample & Testing
Physical samples are prepared, tested, and verified.
7 · Solution Confirmed
The finished technical outcome is delivered to the customer.

Private vs. publishable data

Customer identity, contact details, pricing, and supplier information are never published. Only anonymized technical progress — dimensions, construction, and sourcing status — appears in the public view, after manual review.

Why a timeline?

Material development is a journey over time. A progressive timeline makes the status, history, and next steps legible at a glance without fabricating numbers or outcomes.
