We can provide FSC Chain of Custody documentation, ISO 9001 quality management certification, fumigation certificates (ISPM-15), and test reports for moisture, glue bond and formaldehyde depending on the product.
We use pallet packing with heat-treated wooden pallets, plastic corner protection, kraft paper wrapping, steel strapping and moisture barrier film. Packing details vary by product.
Lead time depends on the product and quantity. Standard products typically take 15-25 days after order confirmation. Custom or OEM products may require additional time for sample development.
Yes. For FSC-certified products, we can include the correct FSC claim on commercial invoices and packing lists as required by FSC Chain of Custody standards.
We are actively preparing for EUDR compliance. For selected products and markets, we can support geo-location data and due diligence documentation as required.
Standard MOQ is typically 1x20GP per specification. Mixed loading may be possible depending on the product combination and order structure.
Yes. For OEM and custom wood components, we support drawing-based production discussion, sample development and specification confirmation.
